A great way for people to give back to wildlife is through the International Bird Rescue. They offer a variety of ways to donate, and one way is to Adopt a Bird. You can adopt a bird, symbolically, and help rescue and rehabilitate birds impacted by man-made and natural disasters.
BISCUIT BIRD FEEDER
To make one, poke your thumb through the center of an uncooked refrigerated biscuit. Thread a length of yard through the hole and knot the yarn ends to create a loop for hanging. Then gently press the biscuit into a bowl of birdseed until it's covered in seed. Lay the biscuit on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake as directed. When it's cool, suspend the biscuit outdoors and watch the birds devour every bite!
