Press, Paint, Pull {Toddler Art}

This artwork gives the artist a fine-motor workout!
 Press pieces of drywall tape onto a sheet of fingerprint or cardstock paper. Repeat the process until a desired effect is achieved.
Then paint the entire surface of the paper with a variety of watercolors.
When the paint is dry, remove the tape from the paper to reveal the hidden design. Simply lovely!

Windy Weather

Kites and Pony Beads
Pony Bead Kites are a fun way for preschool and kindergarten children to learn basic math concepts in a hands-on way!

A fun was to learn about the letter W and weather is to make painted suns, drops of rain, puffy clouds and snowflakes.

Bead Bracelets

Placing beads on a string is good motor coordination for pre-schoolers.

Toddlers get to put beads in containers, also good for motor skills.

My first grader made a very, very long necklace.
