Hand Print Christmas Gifts

I love hand-print gifts and found this fabulous idea on Pinterest.

Use red tempra paint to put the children's handprints on cardstock.
(Let this dry overnight).

I made the saying on a Word document using different text boxes and fonts.
(This took a lot of time and effort to do.
If you'd like my template, send me a message and I'd be glad to email it to you.)

I also printed out the child's name and 2015 in the bottom corner.
(It's not shown in the photo above for privacy reasons).

Print the saying on a transparency and place it on-top of the handprints,
(Tip: let the transparency dry for a few days before placing it in the frame).

This is a great gift for the child's parents or grandparents.
I know they will LOVE it!

Calling All Reindeer!!

Every year we make a bag with Reindeer food.
This is especially important because you want the reindeer to find you house on Christmas Eve!!

We even add some magic to the food.... just in case!

The elves have arrived....

Mailing a Holiday Card

How fun is it to make a card for Mom, Dad, Grandma or Grandpa?

LOTS OF FUN!
Each child was creative and made different types of cards.
Not only did they make the card but the kids learned how to mail it and where to put the stamp.
Children can be secret gift-givers and deliver their own mail!
What a surprise it will be for the parents or grandparents to get a handmade holiday card in the mail!!   It sure feels good to send someone a card too!

SONGS
Sing a Mail Carrier Song
tune: Row, Row Your Boat

Drive, drive, drive your truck.
In rain or snow or hail!
Whatever the weather, you bring us our letters.
Thank you for our mail.

Jingle Bell Necklaces

All you need is string and jingle bells.
The kids instantly smile when they wear their own creation and don't get in trouble for making a lot of noise!
