We took bubble wrap and dipped it in yellow paint. After pressing it on construction paper is will look similar to honey combs. The kids colored the outside of a hive. Added bees to their honeycomb and placed that picture on the inside of the hive.
After a bit of bribing, they agreed to taste honey.
And they liked it! Even asked for more!
Pressing with bubble wrap, that's a very good idea! I will also try it in my playgroupe.
